A.  To activate OPTION II for a student:

1. On the SRT 370 screen, type SQ in the lower, right corner and hit ENTER.

2. AC1:: Type A.   To remove "FOR REFERENCE: Min. GPA for Entry into Options," enter AC2: 8.

3. Hit ENTER and return to SRT 390 and re-run the audit.

B.  For students remaining in OPTION I: To remove "FOR REFERENCE: Min. GPA for Entry into Options,"
    create an SQ exception and enter AC1: 8.
